After the steep driveway, guests are rewarded with a stunning view of Britannia Bay and Canouan in the distance. Small but utterly perfectly formed, the rooms are all bright, breezy and immaculately decorated. The living area opens onto a large veranda and sundeck with a beautiful pebble-lined pool however it is as you step into the gardens that the spell is truly cast. Greystone has a permaculture garden and fruit trees galore which the chef uses to create mouthwatering delights. These meals can be taken in an assortment of locations from to a gazebo at the end of the pool to a garden terrace set amongst the trees. But the real highlight is revealed as you climb the steps up the turret - Greystone has the most magical stone tower in the world. The terrace at the top is the perfect place to soak up some rays during the day or enjoy a sundowner as you take in a spectacular sunset.
