Warm Florida air drifts onto the patio, perfect for relaxed evenings with the whole group. Sleeping arrangements Seven bedrooms are spread over two levels, giving everyone space and privacy. On the main floor, two bedrooms each feature a king bed. Upstairs, three rooms hold twin beds and two rooms hold another king bed. Five full bathrooms are positioned throughout the home for easy access. Indoor living The living room serves as a relaxed central gathering spot, flowing into a dining room that seats the whole party. A large kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and hot water kettle lets you prepare meals at your own pace. Air conditioning, heating, a washer, a dryer and WiFi keep the stay comfortable for longer visits. The game room offers a TV and game console for extra entertainment. Outdoor living Step onto a private patio that leads to a pool and hot tub, both usable year‑round. Pool heat is available as an optional extra if you prefer warmer water. Indoor‑outdoor dining areas let you enjoy meals al fresco while the Florida breeze rolls by. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in ChampionsGate, FL. Regardless of your interests, The Retreat at ChampionsGate promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
