The courtyard has several charcoal grills to use while you enjoy the pool and hot tub. You also have your own private washer and dryer. Surfside II is pet friendly with a 25 pound weight limit over 1 year old. Please contact us directly for pet approval. Please note, this condo does not allow Spring Break Students. During the month of March through Easter, this condo is a family only rental.
