Located on the 2nd floor, in a building with elevator, Jardins do Oceano has three bedrooms - 1 with a queen-size bed and a private bathroom; 1 with queen-size bed; 1 with two single beds - able to accommodate up to six people. Jardins do Oceano has two balconies with sea views, perfect places to sunbathe or enjoy your breakfast outdoors while planning your trip around the island. Jardins do Oceano has two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. It offers internet and TV access, providing a comfortable stay, like at home. Located close to several restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and bathing complexes, this cozy and modern apartment stands out for its natural light and great location. There is also a parking space available in a private garage. Enjoy all the comfort at the end of a day, after discovering the infinite beauty of Madeira. Located in a building close to all the services you need, 5 minutes walk from a mini market, coffee areas and a bakery. Close to Jardim do Oceano, you will find many restaurants and bars where you can delight in our delicious gastronomy or international cuisine. We can guarantee that you have a lot to choose from! A ten-minute walk away, you will find the pleasant Cristo Rei beach, with direct access to the sea, bar and restaurant - the perfect place for families. It also has a Diving and Windsurf center where you can enjoy adventure activities and discover the beauty of the sea on Madeira Island. As part of our reservation process, we require a security deposit to ensure the care of the property. Guests may choose to provide their credit card details through a secure link; in this case, the amount of €300 will not be blocked on the card. Only if damage is reported will the corresponding amount be charged, up to a maximum of 7 days after check-out. Alternatively, guests may opt for a non-refundable Security Deposit Waiver of €45, which covers any accidental damage during the stay and avoids the need to provide credit card details. This process must be completed no later than 14 days before arrival. MUNICIPALITY OF SANTA CRUZ - MUNICIPAL TOURIST ECOTAX The Tourist Ecotax stays is applied to guests over the age of thirteen, per person and per overnight stay, up to a maximum of 7 nights per stay. The tourist Ecotax has a value of 2€ per night per person, children under 12 years old are exempt.
