The Arroyo at Meridian is a newly built, loft-style cabin ideal for a romantic escape. Enjoy the seclusion of your private fenced-in courtyard, featuring an outdoor shower, hot tub, and a fire pit. Inside, you'll find a king bed and a unique loft net hammock, offering a playful yet comfortable space to unwind. The kitchenette is equipped with all the essential appliances for your convenience. Managed by Heavenly Hosts. The homeowner chose the name "Meridian" for the property, symbolizing a high point. Their goal was for this place to be the highlight of each guest's stay. This idea inspired the cabin's design, resulting in a distinctive two-story loft layout that adds to its unique charm. Meridian Cabins are a hidden gem in the Texas Hill Country, featuring four upscale, stand-alone modern cabins surrounded by the tranquility of nature. Just a 10-min drive from Main Street, it’s the perfect distance for stargazing in peace while still being close enough to explore the town! - Sleeps 2 - King bed (upstairs) - Newly added: 32” onn Roku TV - Full bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower with double shower heads (robes provided) - Kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster oven, blender, kettle, regular coffee maker and 2-burner cooktop + table for 2 - Stair Access Required: Access to the upstairs loft/king bed in this tiny home is via a 42” diameter spiral staircase with a width clearance of approximately 17”. The loft features a king bed, a loft net hammock, and an ambiance. Please note: if stairs may pose a challenge for you, we offer two other cabins where the bed is located downstairs. Outdoor space: - Private hot tub - Outdoor shower - Gas fire pit - Gas bbq grill The Washroom: this is the laundry room with washer/dryer and it's shared between all 4 cabins. It's located in between Cabin #1 and Cabin #2. Owner does provide laundry detergent. EV Charger: There is a shared EV charger - located and shared between Cabin #3 and Cabin #4. Note: Cabin is 400 sq ft plus a 50 sq ft loft net. The loft hammock net can hold up to 1000 kg or 2200 pounds. Quiet Neighborhood. There is only the 4 cabins on site. - This property is not suitable for children/infants. - This property is not pet-friendly. - Must climb stairs: Upstairs access in this tiny home is via a 42” diameter spiral staircase, with a width clearance of about 17. - Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. - NO SMOKING! - Outdoor Shower: During winter months, the outdoor shower is not usable. We drain it to prevent the pipe lines from breaking during the freezes/low temps we experience in the hill country. Usable only during warmer temps.
