Charming 3 level accommodation set in a beautifully restored windmill, perfect for a unique and tranquil escape, The charming 3-level retreat is located inside a beautifully renovated old windmill, offering a unique stay surrounded by nature and mountain views. Ideal for up to 4 guests, the accommodation features one bedroom with a double bed, and the upper level offers 2 single beds. The interior combines rustic charm with modern comfort, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes all necessary utensils and cutlery for a pleasant self-catering stay. A full bathroom is available, and complimentary toiletries and towels are provided for your convenience. Optional services can be arranged upon request—families travelling with young children may request a cot at no extra charge, while additional cleaning or towel sets are available for an added fee. Located just a 7-minute drive from the picturesque town of Santiago do Cacém, the house offers easy access to one of the Alentejo region’s most charming destinations—where history and nature blend seamlessly. In town, you can explore key landmarks such as the medieval Castelo de Santiago, the Roman ruins of Miróbriga, and the traditional Igreja Matriz. Just an hour away by car, the Costa Vicentina and Southwest Alentejo Natural Park invite you to discover wild beaches and scenic hiking trails. Santiago do Cacém also hosts cultural events like the Feira do Monte, which celebrates local crafts and cuisine. Payable upon check-in. - The city government requires a photocopy of all staying guests’ ID card or passport, for which we will kindly need your collaboration before arrival.
