Just steps from the Sea Point Promenade, tidal pools, beaches and popular local spots like Mojo Market, it’s perfectly positioned for seaside walks, morning runs and easy city living. The studio is ideal for solo travellers or couples, and can accommodate a young child. It features a comfortable queen-size bed, a small sleeper couch suitable for one child (under 12 years), a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with both a bath and a shower. A dedicated work desk and inverter ensure comfort and convenience throughout your stay. The sleeping area can be separated from the living space with a blackout curtain, creating a sense of privacy when needed. The building offers secure access with fob and intercom entry, as well as two elevators.

About the Home

This cozy studio has been carefully laid out to maximise comfort and functionality. Crisp white linen, plush pillows and a welcoming lounge area with a flat-screen smart TV create a relaxed atmosphere, while a separate desk makes it easy to work remotely if required. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a washing machine, stove, microwave and bar fridge, making it suitable for both short and longer stays. The bathroom is modern and well appointed. A selection of books is available for quieter moments — perfect for enjoying a slow morning coffee or winding down in the evening before heading out to enjoy the fresh sea air along the promenade. The apartment is entirely private and exclusively yours to enjoy — a peaceful hideaway in the heart of Sea Point. Construction notice: There is major construction taking place in the building next door to Lido Court. Work typically occurs Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, with occasional half days on Saturdays. Some noise should be expected during these times. • This is a strictly non-smoking home; vaping is also not permitted. • The apartment has one queen-size bed. • There is one small sleeper couch suitable only for a young child (maximum 45kg).
