About the Home

The main bedroom features a king-size bed and opens onto a large private balcony with outdoor seating and views towards Table Mountain. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed and offers ample cupboard space. The living area includes a comfortable lounge with a Smart TV and a four-seater dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay, including a washing machine. Please note that the kitchen is older and shows signs of normal wear from years of use. The bathroom has been renovated a few years ago and includes a walk-in shower. The building offers 24-hour security and one secure parking bay. House Rules and Terms

An extra charge of ZAR 150 will apply when checking in after 18h00 and after 22h00, an extra fee of ZAR 250 which is payable upon check in. No loud noise after 21h00 and no noise after 23h00. No smoking. You will be liable for a fine up to R1000 for smoking violations. We may require you to send us a copy of all the guests ID/ Passport documents over AirBnB as we need to register you at the building manager. No more than 2 visitors are allowed at any time, and no one is allowed to stay over except for the guests booked. You will also be required to sign a document upon check in explaining the house rules. For monthly rentals (30+ nights) electricity will be limited to R500 for a 1 bedroom and R750 for a 2 bedroom.
