More than a place to stay — a way to feel the Ocean close by, the smell of crisp salty sea air and a comfortable relaxing place to come home to after a long day out and about. It has everything you need. Coffee machine and Airfryer, washing machine, oven & gas hob. We supply complimentary coffee pods, instant Bootlegger’s Coffee, tea, sugar & milk on your arrival. Some washing machine pods and cleaning products for you as well. Comfy double Bed with plush pillows, cotton linen and warm blankets for winter. Easy walk in wardrobe with bathroom ensuite with fresh towels and amenities like soap, handwash, shampoo/conditioner and Body Wash. Let the cocoa butter fragrance make you feel refreshed. A dedicated workstation with lamp plus a 3 seater dining table. You have secure under cover parking ( for a small car only-not advisable for SUV’s) Close to the best restaurants, Mojo Market, shopping centres, hairdressers and boutique shops amongst others up on the main Road, Beaches, Sea Point Promenade, Pool and more Beach Road activities. Jogging, cycling, walking or just relaxing on the benches enjoying the ocean views. Go for a stroll along the Promenade for the spoil of an ice cream cone in hand or to watch the paragliding teams coming down from Signal Hill over the Sea Point buildings. Good to know

Building Maintenance: Oct & November 2026. The initial work will include sanding and preparation of the walkway floors to remove existing paint and lose material, as well as levelling and preparing the floors for the next stage of the refurbishment.At the same time, we will commence preparation of the fire escape staircases, removing peeling and loose paint along the staircases down towards ground level. Please be aware that the initial preparation and sanding work will create dust and some wet or muddy areas. • Residents are kindly requested to keep windows and doors closed while work is taking place on the specific floor levels, even if you are at home. • Walkways will be swept and wiped down regularly as the work progresses. • Residents are encouraged to place a mat or carpet inside their apartment entrance to help prevent dust and dirt from being carried into their homes. WORKING HOURS Our normal working hours will be: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30 We do not allow third party bookings at all. Kindly note this is a no smoking apartment. All our guests that book to stay must be of an accountable age of 18 years at least.
