You enter this lovely old world charme building through a meticulously well-kept large communal courtyard area with an enclosed swimming pool where you can relax, well hidden from the hustle and bustle of Sea Point, all the while knowing that you are within walking distance of amenities and restaurants on the one side and the beach on the other. After parking your car in the secure parking on the premises you will access your apartment directly via the lift. One side of the apartment has an open plan large dining area with ample seating leading to the lounge and onto your own private balcony overlooking parts of Lions Head on your right and a limited sea view to your left. For those hot summer days, the aircon in this area will keep you nice and cool. The separate kitchen has an eyelevel oven and microwave, hob, dishwasher and washing machine with a scullery to hide unsightly dishes after entertaining. The first bedroom is en-suite (shower only) and has a romantic feel with its intimate canopied corner drapes and warm oriental carpet. The master bedroom has a separate bathroom with a shower over the bathtub. This bedroom is large and has a decidedly baroque, oriental flavour with its pressed ceiling and cornices, oriental carpets and quirky lamp shapes that take you straight back to early century Europe. This quiet oasis in the middle of hip and happening Sea Point will embrace you with warmth and charme.

House Rules and Terms

An extra charge of ZAR 150 will apply when checking in after 18h00 and after 22h00, an extra fee of ZAR 250 which is payable upon check in. No loud noise after 21h00 and no noise after 23h00. No smoking. You will be liable for a fine up to R1000 for smoking violations. We may require you to send us a copy of all the guests ID/ Passport documents over AirBnB as we need to register you at the building manager. No more than 2 visitors are allowed at any time, and no one is allowed to stay over except for the guests booked. You will also be required to sign a document upon check in explaining the house rules. For monthly rentals (30+ nights) electricity will be limited to R500 for a 1 bedroom and R750 for a 2 bedroom.
