About the Home

The apartment is on the second floor of a small building (please note there is no lift, so stairs are required). Street parking only is available, but the area is generally safe and well-lit, making it easy to park and walk to the building at any time of day. Inside, you’ll find a simple, functional space suited for both short and longer stays. The private balcony offers a limited view but allows in plenty of fresh sea air. The extra-length queen bed provides good comfort for a restful night’s sleep. The living area includes a two-seater couch and a smart TV, ideal for relaxing indoors. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washing machine, convenient for extended stays. The bathroom has a shower only. The complex offers excellent security with remote-controlled access, ensuring peace of mind during your stay.

Our apartments are located in residential area with permanent residents. Please respect the community and building rules

No loud noise after 20:00, and complete quiet is expected after 22:00. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and within the building. Violation may result in a fine of up to ZAR 1,000 and possible immediate eviction. A maximum of two people, including visitors, are allowed in the apartment at any time. No overnight guests are permitted unless they are listed on the original booking.

Cleaning Services

Complimentary cleaning is only included for stays longer than 7 nights.

Electricity Usage (Long Stays)

For bookings of 28 nights or more, electricity is included up to ZAR 500 per month. Any usage beyond this limit will be billed to the guest.
