This cozy one-bedroom apartment offers all the comforts of home, including a single-serve coffee maker, Roku TV in both the bedroom and living room, and WiFi. The living room features a dedicated workspace for those work-from-vacation moments, and the pull-out sofa provides extra sleeping space. The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave for all your cooking needs. Pet Note: We’re happy to welcome your pets! Please keep them in the front yard only, as the back yard is reserved for long-term tenants and their approved pets. Thanks for helping us keep things comfortable for everyone. This is a small older neighborhood within 5 minutes to the hospital, 15 minutes to Tansi Resort, Fairfield Glade, Cumberland State Park and many Golf courses across the Crossville area. Important Information: ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Depending on our screening results, additional credit card verification may be required. A security deposit may be needed (excluding Airbnb guests). Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 pets on the property, subject to a non-refundable $100 pet cleaning fee per stay. Guest Support: Our team is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM CT to assist with any questions. Sleeping Capacity: The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. All guests over 2 years old must be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night. Check-In/Check-Out: Standard Check-In: 3 PM Early Check-In: Requests before 11 AM are subject to availability and will incur a 50% nightly rate fee. Standard Check-Out: 11 AM Late Check-Out: Subject to availability with fees as follows: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM 100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM A minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher. Supplies: Basic essential starter kits are provided. For longer stays or additional needs, please plan accordingly. Smoking Policy: A $350 fee will be charged for smoking inside the property, including cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana.
