Located in the heart of the Stateline, NV side of South Lake Tahoe, you'll find this amazing home that's minutes from just about everything Tahoe has to offer such as; nearby beaches, Heavenly Ski Resort gondola, casinos, golfing and entertainment day and night here. The home is situated in an upscale neighborhood with level access to the front door, 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, pool table, 2 living rooms, private semi enclosed hot tub and beautiful back deck for those summer gatherings for an experience to remember. **Guests are allowed parking for 3 vehicles only. *Only one car space in garage. (There is a free parking garage 1/2 mile from home. If you have a 4th car, you're allowed to park there free for up to 3 nights) *Just as many homes here in Tahoe, this home does Not offer A/C. Winters in Lake Tahoe- In the Lake Tahoe area, there are several world class ski resorts from 5 minutes to 1 hour away. We enjoy more than 300 days of sunshine each year, giving the Sierra Nevada Mountains some of the best skiing conditions in the world. At lake level, annual snowfall averages 125 inches. At alpine skiing elevations, the snowfall averages 300 to 500 inches each year.
