The Juniper Cabin combines location and enjoyment in one cozy home. Located a short distance from the lake, casinos and Heavenly ski resort, truly makes this home stand out as one of the best little affordable "Get-A-Way" retreats here in Tahoe! The home offers mostly level parking area for 3 smaller cars as well as having a level access to this single story home. Inside there are three bedrooms with the master having a king bed, Bedroom #2 offers a queen bed and Bedroom #3 offers a double bunk, roll out twin and top twin. There's also a double sleeper sofa if needed. After your day on the mountain hiking or skiing, sink into the brand new hot tub under Tahoe's amazing stars! *Just as many homes here in Tahoe, this home does Not offer A/C. Parking permit must be displayed at all times on driver’s side of dashboard. 5. Quiet hours 9 PM to 8 AM will be strictly enforced. 6. The guest who rents must be 25 years of age or older. 7. At alpine skiing elevations, the snowfall averages 300 to 500 inches each year.
