This 3-level home offers 4 BR, 3.5 BA, 2 fireplaces and a downstairs entertainment/game room that features Ping Pong, Foosball and a big-screen TV. Inside the home, you’ll find 4 spacious bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, 2 fireplaces and a wrap-around deck *Just as many homes here in Tahoe, this home does Not offer A/C. We enjoy more than 300 days of sunshine each year, giving the Sierra Nevada Mountains some of the best skiing conditions in the world. At lake level, annual snowfall averages 125 inches. At alpine skiing elevations, the snowfall averages 300 to 500 inches each year.
