Step into Captain's Cottage and discover a haven of relaxation and comfort. The living spaces are designed with a beachy theme, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The fully-equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation. A washer and dryer are conveniently located within the unit. Entertainment options include a Smart TV with YouTube TV/DVR and various apps. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for both leisure and work. Outside, enjoy a private beach, beach chairs, a grill, a fire pit, and a back patio. The property also features a fully fenced-in backyard and an outdoor shower with hot water. Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Growing up in Priscilla Beach (PB) was an amazing experience! Building sandcastles with my grandparents, taking a dip in crystal clear water on a hot day, spending time with our extended beach family and developing a passion for coastal landscapes. PB is truly an oasis of salty breezes, sandy feet and family. We enjoy meeting new people and sharing our family's love for this home and location. We love living in PB! Please note that parking is available for a maximum of 4 cars in the driveway; street parking and parking on green spaces are not permitted. A signed rental agreement and a copy of your driver's license or passport are required at the time of booking. The reservation rate is based on the group size provided at the time of booking. Any additional guests or visitors must be pre-approved, and any associated costs must be paid before their arrival. The house comfortably accommodates 6 adults, with an additional infant in brought along travel crib. A pet fee of $250 per dog applies, with a maximum of three dogs allowed; Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are also subject to the pet fee. Due to allergies and zoning regulations, cats and other animals are not permitted. For security and insurance purposes, exterior security cameras are in place in the front and back yards.
