Owner is severely allergic to cats. This home allows 1 dog with a nightly Fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional fee. - No smoking/vaping indoors - Parking is in driveway for 2 cars - Charging of electric vehicles is not permitted on the property - Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times! - These are all separate causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. -------------------------
