We love the beauty of our neighborhood and being steps to a gorgeous private beach that isn't crowded. Fantastic for young kids and teenagers alike. Our neighbors are friendly and love our area! Parking is available for up to 6 cars in the driveway. Street parking and parking on green spaces are not permitted. Our home is not available as an event venue. Dogs are welcome with a pet fee with a max of 3 with pet fee/ dog other animals cannot be accepted due to severe allergies and zoning bylaws. No Cats. Please note that charging vehicles, washing vehicles, trailers, RVs, motor homes, or boats are not permitted. A rental agreement must be approved at the time of booking, and a driver's license is required. Reservations and rates are based on the group size at the time of booking staying/ visiting. Additional guests must be pre-approved and additional fees paid. For security and insurance purposes, there are external security cameras on the front and back side of the house.
