Located on the second floor of the exclusive Pacifico resort community in Playas del Coco, Pacifico L1010 is a beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo featuring a warm color palette of red and orange tones and elegant tropical decor. This modern retreat blends style and comfort with access to world-class amenities, including swimming pools, lush gardens, and an exclusive Beach Club with infinity pools, dining, and oceanfront relaxation. Inside, guests will find a bright and inviting open-concept living area adorned with vibrant art, cushioned wicker dining chairs, and bold accent pieces that create a lively atmosphere. The living room includes a flat-screen TV and opens to a covered balcony overlooking the community pool - a perfect place for al fresco dining or evening drinks. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, blond wood cabinetry, and red accent walls that tie in beautifully with the home’s decor. A large dining table seats six, while the balcony’s four-seat table provides a second spot for outdoor meals with a view. The condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. The primary suite has a king-size four-poster bed set against a striking red wall with orange Buddha artwork. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third features a double bed - each with tasteful décor and ample storage. Two full bathrooms provide plenty of space for families or groups to get ready for the day. Please note: Pacifico L1010 is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only - there are no elevators in this building. Guests with mobility considerations should plan accordingly. As a guest at Pacifico L1010, you’ll have access to the community’s beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces, including four sparkling swimming pools with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels, plus a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and a children’s playground. The gated resort offers 24/7 security for peace of mind and a relaxing, tropical ambiance surrounded by lush greenery. You’ll also have access to the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases). The club features two infinity pools, a private gym, and fine-dining restaurants, including Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina. A complimentary shuttle runs between the condo and the Beach Club for your convenience. This unit also has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, maid service upon request, and a designated parking spot directly in front of the building. Small pets are welcome with advance approval and an additional fee. Pet-friendly policy We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied. Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and any damages incurred. Start with the centerpiece “lazy river” swimming pool, which meanders in curves through the middle of the development. The club is right on Coco Beach, a picturesque crescent bookended by green headlands, with sailboats and fishing boats bobbing in the warm water. Here you can order cocktails, lunch or dinner from the Blu Bar. Fine dining indoors or out is also offered by Alma Santa, an elegant restaurant featuring Latin cuisine. Try the octopus carpaccio, ribeye steak or eggplant gratin while sipping a Centenario pineapple cocktail. Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases) Weekly events at the Pacifico Beach Club include live music, food and drink specials and children’s activities. This is also an excellent venue for special events, including weddings. The Pacifico complex is about eight blocks from the beach, and it’s actually a nice walk down Coco’s bustling main street. But a complimentary shuttle is also available to take you to the Beach Club and back. Pacifico is right next to the upscale Auto Mercado grocery store, and within walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars, shops and tour agencies. There’s only one thing you’ll regret about staying at Pacifico, and that’s the day you have to leave! You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival.
