Our 2 bed / 2 bath cabin (Ariel's Nest) sits directly on the Animas River on over 3 acres and is only 4 miles (6 minutes) to historic Downtown Durango. Enjoy a private river front setting with room to room to roam (and fish), while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreational experiences that Durango has to offer. The ample outdoor space/decks with seating and a large fire pit will allow you to enjoy the amazing setting on the Animas River. The cabin features the expected vacation rental amenities including a fully stocked kitchen, BBQ Grill, washer/dryer (laundry detergent provided) and there is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and trailers. High speed Starlink WIFI was installed in March 2024 with speeds over 100mbs. While the kitchen is fully stocked - it does not have a dishwasher. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - Queen Bed (Main Floor) 2nd Bedroom - 2 Twins (Top Floor) This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
