This unit features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open floorplan, an abundance of light with one of the best views at the Tamarron Resort. Enjoy sitting on the treehouse-like deck overlooking the beautiful Valley Golf Course below and mountains directly across the valley. The main level is open concept living, kitchen and dining. The living room features an entire wall of windows and sliding glass doors to expand living to the outdoors. The kitchen features high-end stainless-steel appliances, custom cabinets, and granite counter tops. There is a full bath with a 6 ft. soaker tub/shower combo with a tile surround. The large deck has comfortable seating facing east and an electric grill. The upper-level loft includes a queen size bed, bunk beds, and a view of the open living room below. The private, primary bedroom is complete with a King Size bed, large walk-in closet, desk and a stackable washer/dryer combo. The spa-like beautifully remodeled bath offers a large walk-in shower. There is also a pack-n-play for families traveling with infants. WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP: * Upper-Level Bedroom - King Bedroom Suite (with Desk and TV) * Upper-Level Loft - Queen Bed and a Twin over Full Bunk Bed ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge. Our Tamarron rental guests can play Glacier's 18-hole Valley Course at an exclusive discounted rate. Details will be provided in your rental instructions. There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to purgatory on weekends - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot. LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events. GOOD TO KNOW: This property has Air Conditioning! Washer / Dryer in your condo. Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets. No smoking / vaping of any kind is allowed Trailers are discouraged as there is very limited, designated space to park trailers - if you plan to bring one, please inquire first. AWD or 4WD or tire chains is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar). Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities. VRC CANCELLATION POLICY: At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. When booking directly with Vacation Rental Collective, we offer a Moderate Cancellation Policy for this Property: A guest will receive a 100% refund if canceled/changed at least 30 days before check-in; a 50% refund if canceled/changed 14-30 days before check-in; and no refund if canceled/changed 13 days or less before check-in. If you booked on a third-party site (VRBO, Airbnb, etc), your cancellation is subject to their policy. We do offer travel insurance.
