Upon entering, you’ll find a separate WC to the right with a window and washing machine. To the left is the bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe with ample storage. Overlooking the interior courtyard, the bedroom is quiet and peaceful—perfect for a good night’s sleep. The central area of the apartment includes a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin, vanity mirror, and electric towel radiator. A window with no vis-à-vis allows plenty of natural light. The bright living room is furnished with a large sofa and coffee table facing the windows, opposite the TV and PlayStation. A second sofa bed accommodates visiting guests, and a baby cot is available for those traveling with a young child. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with quality appliances, including a large SMEG fridge-freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and double sink. With plenty of countertop space and cupboards stocked with plates, cutlery, pots, and pans, it’s perfectly suited for home cooking and longer stays. Natural light floods the apartment through five large windows in the living room and kitchen, offering sky views and even a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The apartment is set in a vibrant, authentic Parisian neighborhood with shops, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and banks all just steps away. The metro is less than a 3-minute walk, making it easy to explore the city. The Jardins du Luxembourg are nearby, Tour Montparnasse is just two metro stops away, and the elegant Invalides district can be reached in around 13 minutes. Guests will be looked after by a professional concierge service available 7 days a week from 9am to 11pm via chat, text, or video. They are located less than 30 minutes from the apartment and can also arrange airport or train station transfers, as well as additional services such as grocery delivery before check-in. Guests will be provided with 2 sets of towels, bedsheets, a welcome pack of soap, shower gel, coffee, tea and water. to help get them started.
