The flat is ideally situated in the MARAIS, a lively and culturally rich neighbourhood. This charming 25m² Parisian studio was renovated in 2023. The sleeping area is on a mezzanine with a low ceiling. Welcome to our home! This superb 25m² studio with a portable air conditioner overlooks a lovely courtyard in a detached building and comprises: - A portable air conditioner in the living room - An ultra-cosy, stylish and comfortable living room - A modern, open-plan and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine... ) - A double bed on a mezzanine with a low ceiling (approx. 1.20m high). Please note that this sleeping area is not suitable for people with mobility issues. - A large, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower - Bed linen and towels provided. - Internet connection (WiFi). - TV in the living room L'appartement est situé dans le 3ème arrondissement, dans le quartier du Marais. Vous serez à proximité de boulangerie, épicerie, restaurants, cafés etc. Vous serez à : Le Centre Pompidou, à 5 minutes à pied. Le quartier Montorgueil, à 10 minutes à pied. La cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris, à 10 minutes en transports en commun. Le Palais Royal, à 15 minutes en transports en commun. Le Musée du Louvre, à 15 minutes en transports en commun.
