Perfect for a stay of a few weeks or a few months, this studio offers a warm, quiet, and functional space, designed with your comfort in mind. The neighborhood is residential and well-connected, providing easy access to many of Paris’s main attractions: Montparnasse, the Catacombs, Parc Montsouris, and the lively Denfert-Rochereau area. Here are the features of the space: ✔️ A living space with a queen-size bed, a dining table, and storage ✔️ A separate fully equipped kitchen: portable cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and washing machine ✔️ A bathroom with a shower and toilet ✔️ Plenty of optimized storage spaces to organize your belongings ✔️ High-speed internet connection (WIFI) ✔️ Bed linen and towels are provided ⚠️ Please note: there is no television in the apartment. 🏘️ The 14th arrondissement of Paris is a lively yet peaceful residential area. Close to Montparnasse train station, theaters, bookstores, and charming Parisian cafés, the neighborhood offers an authentic local atmosphere. You’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and public transport options nearby, making it easy to explore Paris. We kindly ask that you provide the following documents: • 1 piece of ID • 1 proof of the purpose of your stay (business or educational) • 1 email address A contract will be sent to you via email, and an inventory check will be conducted upon your arrival and departure. Arrival during the WEEK • Check-in: between 3 PM and 6 PM An agent will contact you to plan your arrival and discuss the key pickup process. Early check-in: between 10 AM and 3 PM, subject to availability. Late check-in: between 7 PM and 11 PM, keys will need to be picked up at our office. Arrival on the WEEKEND Saturday or Sunday: between 3 PM and 11 PM Keys will need to be picked up at our office located near the Arc de Triomphe.
