Some of these include high-quality wooden furniture, a smart TV, washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, the balcony offers a view of our beautiful marina, where you can enjoy the ocean breeze. Due to our perfect location between the beautiful Flamingo Beach (white sand) and the calm waters of Potrero Beach, you will have access to these paradise beaches just a few steps from your villa. PAYMENT – To secure and guarantee your reservation, full payment of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking. Payments can only be made by credit or debit card. Once full payment has been received, your reservation will be confirmed. CANCELLATION POLICIES Firm - 30-60 days before • 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.*(minus 5% cancellation fee plus 13% sales tax over the total booking amount). • 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check in.* • No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in. • Bookings that overlap Christmas and New Year’s are non-refundable. • We'll refund the original payment method used during booking, subtracting any payment processing fees incurred for payment or refund processing. • No exceptions. We recommend travel insurance for unforeseen situations.
