Both bedrooms have TVs. * BATHROOMS * Two spacious spa-inspired baths with light pouring in are where you can wash away the day’s adventures. Primary ensuite bath has a tub/shower and 2nd bath has a full-sized shower. * LIVING AREAS * Enjoy watching the waves crash and savor the calming ocean breezes with lots of windows and natural light. Spacious dining room. The cozy living room features a stone gas fireplace. This cottage also has a washer/dryer - less clothes to pack! * OUTDOOR AREA * Grassy front yard with a BBQ. Our building is walking distance to great restaurants (2 blocks) and shopping. there is evening nightlife and live music nearby as well. • No Smoking • Guests ages 25+ unless family groups • Parking: driveway parking - tadem with unit #3 • Pets may be permitted with prior approval and a fee of $150 • Events/parties are not permitted and strictly enforced • Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax • As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us. • Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
