The primary bedroom has a roomy king bed with ceiling fan and flatscreen TV plus a spa-like, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, glass-enclosed shower, and separate, large soaking tub. There is also direct balcony access with a hammock and sunset views. The second guest bedroom includes a queen bed and ceiling fan, while bedroom three has a king trundle bed and ceiling fan. All three bathrooms are updated with sleek finishes. Upstairs, there's a dedicated desk/workspace which also has access to the outdoor balcony. The pièce de résistance is the private and expansive backyard, highlighted by a large modern fire pit with lounge seating, alongside an outdoor kitchen that features a built-in BBQ and refrigerator. Your comfort and security are important to us. - Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
