This beautifully upgraded 2 bed 2 bath condo overlooks Hideaway Park and downtown Winter Park. Trailhead Lodge is located in the hottest spot in town within walking distance to all the downtown shops, restaurants, Hideaway Park (concerts), sledding hill and the Visitor Center- it’s in the heart of Winter Park! Upon entry of this second floor unit (has elevator access), you’ll find a large closet to store you luggage and winter coats. The first bedroom is to your left with a queen over queen bunkbeds. A full bathroom is located right across the hall. Further in you’ll find yourself in an open, modern kitchen and living room area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to make an elaborate meal and all stainless steel appliances. The island has bar seating for two, but the beautiful dining table can seat six. The private balcony is great for enjoying summer concerts or just a peaceful mountain moment. The living room has a gas fireplace and large windows to let in natural light. Off the living area is the primary bedroom which has a king size bed and attached bath with large glass shower. Each bedroom has a portable AC unit to cool things off in the summer. This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience. This complex has one of the only outdoor year-round heated swimming pools. Clubhouse with pool room, kitchen, workout room and fire pit are included in the amenities. Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage. Winter Park Resort is just 4.1 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 1.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 2.6 miles away in the town of Fraser. NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.
