Coco Joya #11 is a stylish two-bedroom condo in El Coco located just three blocks from one of the most popular beaches in Guanacaste. This 1,001 sq. ft. (93 m²) condo features a warm, inviting design, with colorful furniture and decor, and a spectacular dining terrace with sweeping ocean and mountain views. This condo features a spacious living room with high ceilings, a comfortable armchair, a couch that converts into a sleeper sofa, a wooden coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with four chairs, high-end wood and granite countertops, and essential appliances, including a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. The living space is decorated with colorful artwork, tropical decor, and potted plants that perfectly capture Costa Rica’s “pura vida” lifestyle. Coco Joya #11’s most coveted feature is the screened-in terrace that offers sweeping views of the lush greenery and sparkling ocean in El Coco. The balcony features a ceiling fan, a high-quality wooden table that seats six, and a seating area with a couple of chairs. The double doors to the terrace can be opened to create an effortless walkway between the living room, kitchen, and dining space. This two-bedroom condo can comfortably accommodate five guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, high ceilings with a ceiling fan, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and stylish vessel sink. The second bedroom features a double bed, a large window, and a ceiling fan, and is conveniently located next to a bathroom with a walk-in shower and sink. Guests at Coco Joya #11 will have access to a sparkling community swimming pool with plenty of lounge chairs and pool seating, as well as a children’s playground. The unit is equipped with air conditioning, free internet access, and a washer and dryer. No pets policy Please note that this property is not pet-friendly due to house and condominium rules. No exceptions will be made, and emotional support animals are not permitted. If guests arrive at check-in with pets that have not been verified and approved, access to the property will be denied. This big town/little city on Costa Rica’s Gold Coast has it all, starting with a gorgeous, blue-green bay dotted with fishing boats, dive boats and sailboats offering sunset tours. In front of the popular beach is a winding promenade with a basketball court and skate park, and the area is rich in hotels, restaurants, bars and stores catering to every need. Known for its vibrant nightlife as much as its chill pace, Playas del Coco claims to have been the first beach town in Guanacaste reachable by road. Its proximity to the Liberia airport is a plus, and it’s even closer to the nearby beach towns of Ocotal and Hermosa. On weekend nights on the main drag, live music and DJ beats pour out of the popular Zi Lounge and Coconutz restaurants (among others).
