Pacifico L204 is a one-bedroom condo on the ground floor of Pacifico, a condo community in Playas del Coco that has been recently renovated with spectacular resort-style amenities. This quaint condo offers a shaded terrace furnished with an outdoor dining table, comfortable loungers, and a BBQ grill, and it overlooks one of the sparkling swimming pools in the complex. The interior of the 865-square-foot (80 ㎡) unit features a spacious open-concept floor plan with walls painted a cool, calming blue. The living room features two plush blue sofas, a glass-top coffee table, a flat-screen TV, and wooden floating shelves decorated with beautiful artwork and decor. The living room sits beside a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door, which opens onto the shaded terrace. The kitchen is extremely spacious, with a large wraparound countertop and an island that seats three. It has numerous white cabinets and drawers for storage and features all the essential appliances, including a refrigerator and freezer, an oven and stovetop, a microwave, and a dishwasher. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a stylish grey bedroom set, a TV, and blue walls to match the living room. The bedroom also has a floor-to-ceiling glass door that slides open onto the shaded terrace and features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in tiled shower, a walk-in closet, and a double-sink vanity. The unit can sleep up to two guests, making it perfect for couples or solo travelers. As a guest at Pacifico L204, you’ll have access to the property’s renovated outdoor spaces, including four sparkling swimming pools with lounge chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas, a hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and a children’s playground. The entire gated community is landscaped with lush greenery and tropical plants, creating a relaxing oasis, and it offers 24/7 security. You’ll also have access to the Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases), which includes two infinity pools and fine-dining experiences at Blu Bar and Alma Santa Cocina Latina, and beachfront access. A complimentary shuttle service is also included from the condo to the Pacifico Beach Club. This unit offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer, and maid service is available upon request. This condo comes with a designated parking spot. Pet-friendly policy We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied. Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and any damages incurred. The club is right on Coco Beach, a picturesque crescent bookended by green headlands, with sailboats and fishing boats bobbing in the warm water. Here you can order cocktails, lunch or dinner from the Blu Bar. Fine dining indoors or out is also offered by Alma Santa, an elegant restaurant featuring Latin cuisine. Try the octopus carpaccio, ribeye steak or eggplant gratin while sipping a Centenario pineapple cocktail. Pacifico Beach Club for $35 per person (with $25 credited back for food purchases) Weekly events at the Pacifico Beach Club include live music, food and drink specials and children’s activities. This is also an excellent venue for special events, including weddings. The Pacifico complex is about eight blocks from the beach, and it’s actually a nice walk down Coco’s bustling main street. But a complimentary shuttle is also available to take you to the Beach Club and back. Pacifico is right next to the upscale Auto Mercado grocery store, and within walking distance of multiple restaurants, bars, shops and tour agencies. There’s only one thing you’ll regret about staying at Pacifico, and that’s the day you have to leave! Special Places of Costa Rica is committed to protecting our properties and complying with short-term rental regulations, which is why all guests are required to complete an independent verification with our trusted partner, TRUVI, before check-in. You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival.
