Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Please pick up after pets outside. We allow 1 dog under 35 pounds. No vicious breeds are permitted. $50 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. EXTRAS Pack ‘n Plays, high chairs, and air mattresses are available to rent for $40 per amenity. HOUSE RULES No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings Quiet hours are enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
