A rental contract must be signed and submitted after reservation confirmation. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. No parties or events are permitted without Manager approval. Confetti is not allowed as it can damage the floor and result in expensive repairs (true story!). There is no smoking allowed on the property. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150. PET POLICY Pets are not allowed. PARKING No on-street parking is allowed during a snowstorm. The City may issue a ticket and snow plows may not clear the street. Street parking permitted when it is not snowing. ADDITIONAL FEES Additional fees that may apply when reserving add-ons to your reservation: Pack N Play: $40 per item. High Chairs: $40 per item. Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back. We’d much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart. VENDOR ACCESS Landscape vendors may access the backyard once per week.
