You’ll also be close to several entrances to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, giving you quick access to scenic hikes, waterfalls, and overlooks—while still being just minutes from shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. • Must be 21 or older to book this cabin. • This cabin sleeps 8 guests maximum. • Parking available at the cabin. • 4x4 drive recommended for mountain travel. • Gas fireplace is seasonal and operates approximately October–March, weather permitting. • Coffee maker is both Keurig and regular drip—please bring your own coffee/K-Cups. • Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. • Guests agree to communicate through the website messenger, even if contact is initially made by other means. • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
