This charming terraced house, rehabilitated in an old traditional press, invites you to a unique experience with its 130 m² floor space and its private garden of 640 m². Exploring the garden level, you will be greeted by an elegant entrance with a guest toilet, a bright double living room with a fireplace, and a fully equipped American kitchen with a central island. A bedroom with a queen size bed awaits you, with an adjoining bathroom equipped with a shower and a toilet to meet PMR (People with Reduced Mobility) standards. Upstairs, the landing will take you to three carefully appointed bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one with a king size bed and another with twin beds. Each of these rooms has its own bathroom with shower, as well as independent toilets, providing an intimate space for each occupant. In addition, a separate WC is located on the upstairs landing.
