Located on the 2nd floor of a modern building, the apartment is accessible via an elevator adapted for people with reduced mobility and practical for strollers. It also has secure parking with access key and badge for the basement garage, a rare asset on Boulevard Fernand Moureaux in Trouville-sur-Mer. Our 6-person apartment has 3 rooms: including two bedrooms with three double beds, two independent bathrooms with bathtubs and towel dryers, and two separate toilets. A spacious covered terrace, fitted out as an outdoor living room with an electric screen, offers a convivial, sunny, unoverlooked space with a breathtaking view of the Touques river. The parental area, including bedroom, bathroom and toilet, is separated by a connecting door for greater privacy. There's also a washing-machine dryer, accessible to the Guest.
