We are delighted to present this magnificent 170 m² residence, spread over three levels, located in the prestigious Parc Hennequeville estate in Trouville. This property benefits from 24/7 security, guaranteeing a peaceful and secure living environment. On request, we can provide you with the house alarm codes for a peaceful stay. This house is distinguished by its almost direct access to the sea thanks to a charming little path. You can enjoy invigorating walks along the beach and spectacular views of the ocean. Access to the sea is via the estate's private road, followed by a footpath. Note that at high tide, the beach is barely visible, while at low tide, it appears in all its splendor. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room bathed in natural light. Adjacent to this space, a fully equipped kitchen awaits you, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, induction hob and extractor hood. A bedroom with private bathroom, including shower and separate toilet, completes this floor. On the first floor, three welcoming bedrooms, each with a double bed, are served by a modern bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. On the second floor, you will discover a spacious, bright master suite, accompanied by its bathroom equipped with a bathtub and double sink.
