Fully renovated in January 2024, this exclusive estate consists of six elegant and modern houses, accommodating up to 52 people in 26 comfortable bedrooms. Let yourself be charmed by the beauty of this refined retreat, perfect for unforgettable moments with family or friends! The estate’s six houses are equipped with reversible air conditioning, a spacious and bright living room with two comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a coffee table, a television, and an elegant dining table for convivial meals. Each house features a modern open kitchen, fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooking plates, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and two parking spaces per unit. The houses are as follows: Pommiers house (180 m²): - A private garden of 1,500 m² with furniture and barbecue, ideal for relaxing in total tranquility. - 5 bedrooms: 4 with Queen Size beds and 1 with two single beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a shower, sink, and WC. - An independent bathroom with a bathtub and sink. - 2 additional separate WCs for extra comfort. Haras house (140 m²): - A private garden of 1,800 m² with furniture and barbecue, ideal for relaxing in total tranquility. - 4 bedrooms: 3 with Queen Size beds and 1 with a King Size bed. Each bedroom has an en-suite shower room with a shower, sink, and WC. - 2 parking spaces.
