This cabin is steps from The Old Mill District of Pigeon Forge, TN! You are literally in the heart of all the action that this area has to offer! You can walk to favorites such as The Old Mill Restaurant or The Pottery House Cafe! There are tons of dining, entertainment, and shopping options within footsteps of the cabin's front door. You can also walk to the Pigeon Forge Parkway. The cabin is located on the Little Pigeon River, so you can just sit back and enjoy the sounds of rushing water right off the back deck of the cabin! • Must be 21 or older to book this cabin. • This cabin sleeps 6 guests maximum. • The cabin features paved roads all the way and is very flat to get to, being in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge. Without inclement weather, any car should be fine, but we always recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the Smoky Mountains. • Gas fireplace is seasonal and typically operates from October through March, depending on the weather. • Keurig coffee maker provided—bring your own grounds or K-Cups (machine takes both). • Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided. • You cannot beat this location. You are in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge and on the river! There are lots of attractions around, including go-karts across the river and through the woods. You may hear them from time to time while outside on the deck. • Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day. • Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. • Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method. • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
