Step into this charming two-bedroom Craftsman-style bungalow, thoughtfully designed to offer a warm and welcoming stay for up to five guests. The main living area blends modern comfort with a homely vibe, featuring a cozy fireplace, a 50-inch smart TV, plush couch, coffee table, and elegant hardwood flooring. Ceiling light fixtures create a well-lit, inviting atmosphere perfect for relaxing or gathering with loved ones. Adjacent to the living room, the dining area comfortably seats four, making it ideal for shared meals or game nights. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes sleek countertops, ample cabinetry, and essential appliances such as an oven, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cookware you need to feel right at home. The first bedroom, located in the main dwelling, offers a restful queen bed, bedside lamp, and a portable AC unit to ensure comfort. The second bedroom, located in Unit B, offers additional privacy and convenience with a queen bed, 43-inch smart TV, couch, dining table for two, a mini fridge, microwave, portable AC, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom—making it a perfect setup for guests seeking a bit of extra space. Outside, enjoy the peaceful patio area with outdoor dining and seating—ideal for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Additional amenities include WiFi, central heating, a full second bathroom with fresh towels and soap, an in-unit washer, and dog-friendly accommodations. Guests have access to up to two parking spaces—one in the carport and one in the driveway—with street parking also available for added convenience. House Rules Required ~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest ~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay. AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in. NO SMOKING inside. Quiet Hours begin at 10:00 pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous to the neighbors during your stay. To promote responsible usage and sustainability, guests are kindly asked to be mindful of utility consumption during their stay. If electricity or water usage exceeds what would be considered reasonable for a home of this size—specifically, $125 for electricity and $125 for water—the difference may be billed to the guest. These thresholds are generous and exceed the typical costs for much larger homes. Thank you for helping us conserve resources and keep our home running efficiently. Dog Policy: -This house is dog-friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance! *One dog is welcome for an additional fee of $75 per week. The dog must be approved prior to check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals, for which no fees apply. Type of Cooling for the Home Window and portable units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area, if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees, it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness. Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning, unlike hotels, but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
