Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom house that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Each of the three bedrooms is furnished with a queen-sized bed, providing a restful night's sleep for all. With two well-appointed bathrooms, convenience and privacy are assured during your stay. Our amenities include a relaxing hot tub for unwinding and a versatile game room stocked with books, table tennis, and a variety of board games for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring cookware essentials, modern appliances, and ample counter space. You'll have designated parking spots, and our property is RV friendly. House Rules Required ~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest ~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay. AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in. NO SMOKING inside. Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay. Wood burning fireplaces or open fires are prohibited due to safety precautions. This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests. Type of Cooling for the Home Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness. There is portable AC unit but subject for availability ! If more are needed please reach out to our Guest Support line. Reminders About the Property -Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. -Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area. -We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
