Our spacious backyard provides a perfect setting for relaxation and fun with the Front Range in the background. Take a soak in our hot tub, or gather around the outdoor gazebo with a gas fireplace and bistro lights to enjoy some quality time with your loved ones. Our custom retro ski furniture, including an outdoor patio set and rocking chair set, adds a unique touch to your outdoor experience. Challenge your friends to a game of cornhole on our custom setup or just relax and enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather. Our gas grill outdoors provides the perfect opportunity for a cookout or a fun BBQ night. This stunning home offers three separate bedrooms to accommodate your party. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, while the second bedroom boasts a cozy queen bed. Downstairs, the third bedroom also offers a queen bed. Our home boasts a brand new kitchen with a large island, a beautiful window view of Pikes Peak, a beverage bar, and a cozy breakfast nook. The trendy living room features an electric fireplace and a smartTV, perfect for a cozy night in. The formal dining room showcases a locally crafted custom farmhouse table, providing the perfect spot for meals or game nights. The historic Patty Jewett Neighborhood is just north of Downtown Colorado Springs and surrounds the Patty Jewett Golf Course, the city`s oldest public golf course (and incidentally, with one of the BEST public clubhouses this side of the Mississippi). The food and the patio here are superb! Dine in comfort with an unobstructed view of Pikes Peak! NO Dog Policy This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests. - Type of Cooling for the Home Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness. This home does have several portable stand up AC units. ** Reminders About the Property ** - Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking. - Please keep all trash secure in the bins.
