This elegant terraced house, located in an old traditional wine press renovated within the estate, offers an incomparable stay experience. With its 130 m² floor space and its 900 m² private garden, Maison Castel stands out for its natural charm. The outdoor spaces include a children's play area, a gravel terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and private parking spaces, adding a unique dimension to this exceptional property. As soon as you enter the garden level, you will be welcomed by a warm atmosphere, characterized by generous ceiling height, a bright double living room decorated with a fireplace, a fully equipped American kitchen with a central island, and a bedroom with a queen size bed. This privileged room benefits from a bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet, with easy access. Upstairs, the landing reveals four elegantly appointed bedrooms: three with queen size beds and one with twin beds. Each of these rooms offers complete privacy with its own bathroom equipped with a bathtub or shower, as well as a separate toilet. In addition, a separate WC is located on the upstairs landing. All the houses on the estate have been completely renovated and delivered in January 2024. The houses are new and ready to welcome you for your stay in Normandy. A covered shed converted into a games room (ping pong, pétanque, table football) is available to residents. A 16x5m heated swimming pool is available for your pleasure and relaxation, accessible to all occupants of the 6 houses. Finally, it is possible to rent 5 other houses, totaling 25 rooms and 50 beds, to accommodate larger groups or special events.
