Sleeping Arrangements The home sleeps up to 14 guests across six themed bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Downstairs you’ll find a bedroom with a king bed, while the upper level offers two additional king beds, a queen bed, a room with two queen beds, and a bunk bedroom featuring a twin over full. Each upstairs bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for larger groups. Living Spaces A spacious downstairs living area serves as the central hub for relaxation, complemented by a dedicated game room for casual fun. Air conditioning keeps the interior comfortable year‑round, and an elevator ensures easy movement between floors. A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi‑Fi let you stay connected when needed. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment! The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: -For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout. -For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please kindly let us know 48 hours of booking and at least ONE WEEK prior to check-in date, and we will arrange to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day for the entirety of the stay. *Make sure payment for this amenity is made at least ONE WEEK prior to check-in date otherwise we cannot guarantee we'll be able to accommodate your request. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding!
