With a cozy, modern cabin feel, this dog-friendly, 1297 sq. ft. treehouse offers a home-like layout that sleeps 10 comfortably. The layout features two private queen bedrooms on the main floor alongside a living space brightened by plenty of windows, and 2 full bathrooms with walk-in, rainfall showers. For those seeking a higher perspective, a sturdy wooden ladder leads to two separate loft spaces, each featuring a cozy queen bed, though we recommend the main-floor rooms for guests with mobility concerns. To ensure your comfort in any season, both the loft and main floor are equipped with heating and air-conditioning, and we provide extra linens, towels, and pillows for your stay. Plus, there's Smart TVs with streaming capabilities and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including a refrigerator, 4-function microwave, dual hot plate, and coffee maker. You will find everything you need for dining and prep, from dishware and cutlery to cooking utensils, a cutting board, a can opener, and a wine bottle opener. Outside, you can enjoy a small, covered porch with screen walls, a ceiling fan, and a large dining table or an open-air porch. Both spaces are private and filled with outdoor seating options. Reconnect and relax in the forest while enjoying the seclusion of your private treehouse alongside the perks of an exclusive resort. Guests have access to shared hot tubs, an outdoor pizza oven, picnic tables, firepits, and grills. Access is easy with paved roads leading all the way to the cul-de-sac parking lot, located only steps from your door. You are perfectly situated just five minutes from The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and less than five miles from the Parkway. An Ayres family passion-project that came to life – Built and designed by Pete Nelson from “Treehouse Masters.” This treehouse is settled in the trees within a gated community, Norton Creek Resort, only 15 minutes off the Parkway and 5 minutes from the entrance of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. - We do not allow RVs, campers or trailers on-site - Please be aware that due to potential freezing temperatures in January and February, there's a risk of frozen water pipes. - Please take note that bears are in the area. We do provide bear safety tips upon arrival. - As Of September 22, 2025, Sevier County Fire adjusted their laws so that we are no longer able to have private firepits on the decks of each treehouse, only community firepits steps away from your treehouse.
