With a cozy, modern cabin feel, this private treehouse with a shared deck and dining area offers a tiny home layout that sleeps 2 comfortably. The layout features a private queen bedroom on the main floor and a full bathroom with a walk-in, rainfall shower. For those seeking a higher perspective, a sturdy wooden ladder leads to a separate loft space featuring a comfortable queen bed, though we recommend the main-floor room for guests with mobility concerns. To ensure your comfort in any season, both the loft and main floor are equipped with heating and air-conditioning, and we provide extra linens, towels, and pillows for your stay. Plus, there's a Smart TV with streaming capabilities, Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, mini-fridge, and microwave. Outside, you can enjoy a shared covered porch with screen walls, a ceiling fan, and a large dining table or an open-air porch. Both spaces are filled with outdoor seating options. Reconnect and relax in the forest while enjoying your unique treehouse alongside the perks of an exclusive resort. Guests have access to shared hot tubs, an outdoor pizza oven, picnic tables, firepits, and grills. Access is easy with paved roads leading all the way to the cul-de-sac parking lot, located only steps from your door. You are perfectly situated just five minutes from The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and less than five miles from the Parkway. An Ayres family passion-project that came to life – Built and designed by Pete Nelson from “Treehouse Masters.” This treehouse pod is settled in the trees within a gated community, Norton Creek Resort, only 15 minutes off the Parkway and 5 minutes from the entrance of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park. - You will be sharing the deck platform, firepits, chairs, covered dining porch, and resort amenities with other guests. However, inside your treehouse pod is private to only you. - No pets. - Adults only. - We do not allow RVs, campers or trailers on-site - Please be aware that due to potential freezing temperatures in January and February, there's a risk of frozen water pipes. - Please take note that bears are in the area. We do provide bear safety tips upon arrival. - As Of September 22, 2025, Sevier County Fire adjusted their laws so that we are no longer able to have private firepits on the decks of each treehouse, only community firepits steps away from your treehouse.
