Living and dining A sofa against the tropical wallpaper, a coffee table, plants and a Smart TV (no cable), plus a dining table by the window under a pendant lamp. The table works for a laptop. Room-darkening blinds, air conditioning and heating in the living room, and Wi-Fi. Kitchen Dark units with a breakfast bar, oven, hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and blender, with pots, dishes and wine glasses. Terrace A table with chairs and plants, overlooking the neighbouring buildings. In the building Rooftop pool (open December to March) with loungers and views of the mountains, open-air gym with bikes, self-service laundry on the ground floor of Tower A, 24-hour concierge and lift. Private parking included, for small and medium cars. Hot water comes from a 150-litre tank: about 15 minutes, then 45 to 60 minutes to reheat.
