Living and dining A blue sofa, two coffee tables, a TV unit with wooden slats and a Smart TV, with pictures and plants. Air conditioning and heating, and Wi-Fi. Kitchen A breakfast bar with high stools, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, toaster and blender, with shelves of dishes, pots and wine glasses. The bar is a good spot to work on a laptop. Iron available. Terrace Chairs and a mirror on the wall, with wide views of the mountains, the hills and the city. In the building Pool (summer season only), a gym with machines and a view of the garden, a lounge with a colourful mural, a multipurpose room with TV, a laundry room, and gardens with a pergola. Doorman and lift. Private parking included, for small and medium cars. Hot water comes from a boiler.
