Terrace Private hot tub, barbecue grill and utensils, a bar, an outdoor dining table for six and a lounge area with sofas, with views of the city and the hills. In the building Rooftop pool (summer season only), gym, doorman and lift. Private parking included, for small and medium cars. Central heating runs from 5 June to 1 September; hot water comes from a boiler.
