The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. The outdoor pool and the hot tub by the outdoor pool is seasonally open • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. Less than 10 minutes from Table Rock Lake, you’re within easy distance to world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and a generally inviting family atmosphere.
