The kitchen, compact yet fully equipped, provides everything you need to prepare meals with ease—whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a quiet dinner in. Gather around the dining table for four to share food and laughter, then step out onto your private balcony. Here, comfortable seating invites you to linger and take in the incredible golf course and mountain views that stretch across the horizon—an ever-changing panorama that captures the magic of Branson’s natural beauty. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 is a lofted bedroom with a full-size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. THINGS TO NOTE: • This is a top-floor, walk-up unit requiring you to take the stairs with 15 steps to reach the entry door. • Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • Washer and dryer in home. • Lot parking for 2 vehicles available. A pass will be provided in the unit upon arrival. Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. • Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. • A maximum of 1 dog, no more than 30 lbs, may be brought to this home. • Portable crib provided. • Long-term stays allowed. This enviable location puts you within 20 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
